For a driver under the age of 21, a blood alcohol concentration of .02% or more is considered under the influence.”
•Indecent Exposure in Florida: “It is unlawful to display, exhibit, or expose an individual’s sexual organs in a public place or while in public view. The accused must have intended the exposure to be crude, offensive, lewd or lascivious.”
•Aggressive Driving in Florida: According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, aggressive driving is defined as “an individual committing a combination of moving traffic offenses so as to endanger other persons or property. Examples of aggressive driving or road rage are: tailgating, improper/erratic lane change, improper turning, bumping/ramming other vehicles, making angry gestures/yelling, and more.” Road rage could lead to being charged with reckless driving or could cause an accident that could result in vehicular homicide.
